Bookings

Bookings are taken on a first-come-first-serve basis and are subject to availability, completing the booking form does not guarantee your spaces are booked. The balance of the price of your trip must be paid at least 6 weeks before your departure unless a deposit is not required, then the full balance must be paid at the time of booking. If you book within our balance due period, you will need to pay the total cost at the time of booking. If the balance is not paid in time we reserve the right to cancel your holiday, retain your deposit, and apply the cancellation charges set out in the paragraph below. The date of cancellation will normally be the date we receive your written confirmation that you intend to cancel or 15 days after the balance due date, whichever comes first. Where optional items are purchased as part of the holiday, these are payable on the balance due date except where items, such as theatre tickets, have been specifically purchased for you. In this case the cost may be payable at a separate date notified to you and will not normally be refunded unless we obtain a refund from the supplier we use. These above items may result in a charge to you the customer if your booking is cancelled after the balance due date.

Luggage

Please restrict your luggage to a suitcase weighing no more than 20 kgs per person. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to luggage unless through our negligence. Please do not leave valuable items in your suitcase when left on the coach. Fleckers’ Coach Trips will not take responsibility for any loss or damage to any personal belongings and they are brought on the trip at your own risk.

Cancellations and Refunds

Any cancellation will not receive a refund unless the trip is cancelled by Fleckers’ Coach Trips. Special circumstances may be taken into consideration but is at the discretion of Fleckers’ Coach Trips.

Hotels and Attractions

Some hotel facilities, entertainment and attractions may be withdrawn for routine maintenance or be subject to seasonal availability and provision of the facilities cannot be guaranteed. Single occupancy of rooms may be subject to a supplementary charge.

Travel Insurance

We strongly advise that you take out personal travel insurance for the trip. You must advise us of details of the insurer and the emergency assistance company providing cover and the policy number and 24 hour contact number. The insurance should cover medical and repatriation costs, personal injury, loss of baggage and cancellation charges. If you do not have adequate insurance and require our assistance during your holiday, we reserve the right to reclaim from you any medical repatriation or other expenses which we may incur on your behalf which would otherwise have been met by insurers. You must advise us if you use an alternative insurer, the policy number and 24 hour contact number.

Travel Documents, Itineraries, Pick-up Points, and Passports

For all Continental holidays, you will require a full 10-year British Passport (machine readable) valid for the period required for the country or countries you are visiting. If you do not hold a full British Passport or you have any doubts about your status as a resident British subject, you must check with the Embassy or Consulates of the Countries to be visited to confirm the Booking Conditions Passport or visa requirements when you book. We cannot accept responsibility if passengers are not in possession of the correct travel documents. For full details on passport requirements, please contact ‘the identity and passport service’ on 0300 222 0000 (direct.gov.uk). You are responsible for ensuring you are at the correct departure point, at the correct time and with the correct documents we reserve the right to modify itineraries to conform with requests from competent authorities both within the UK and abroad.
Excursions which are included in the cost of your booking are detailed on the brochure page and/or website and refunds will not be made for excursions not taken. Optional excursions booked and paid for in resort do not form part of your booking. Admission fees to buildings may not be included in the price of the holiday, please check prior to booking. Please arrive at your prick up point in good time. Failure to do so may result in us departing before your arrival if the time has passed the scheduled departure.

Data Protection and GDPR

Your personal data is stored and used by Fleckers’ Coach Trips. You can contact us on 07488396698 between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm Monday to Friday. You can also email us at hello@fleckers.co.uk or write to us at 19 Wentworth Road, Fleckney, Leicester, LE8 8TS. Fleckers’ Coach Trips is a business dedicated to providing consumers with excellent products and services. We only use your data to process bookings you have placed with us, to contact you regarding your bookings, and, should you agree that we may do so, to keep you informed of any future products or services we believe you may be interested in. We will not share your data with any other businesses, unless it is directly linked to the booking you have placed with us eg a hotel or attraction, and it is necessary for them to have details of who will be using their services. If at any point you wish to see a copy of the data we hold on you, details of how we use and store your data, or receive further details regarding your rights, you can request this from us via phone or email. If you would like any of the data we hold on you to be permanently deleted from our records, please advise accordingly. You have automatically given us consent to use your personal data to contact you in the future regarding products and services that that we believe you may be interested in by booking onto one of our services. We do not share your data with any organisations outside of the Fleckers’ Coach trips and your data will only be used for the purposes we have discussed. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. This wouldn’t affect any use of your data carried out up until that point but would have immediate effect from when we receive your request. You can withdraw your consent by contacting us by phone or email, or by writing to us using the details given above.

Complaints Procedure

Should you have any reason to feel that we have not met our obligations, please put your comments in writing, within one month of return, quoting tour reference and departure date to:
